The Fellows Program offers emerging companies the opportunity to access NewYorkBIO's extensive services, benefits, and network to help them grow.
The program offers a three-year membership providing early-stage companies of seven employees or fewer with full access to the complete NewYorkBIO portfolio of benefits, including the NewYorkBIO purchasing consortium, and discounted access to seminars, conferences, and networking events.
The Fellows Program is for early stage R&D companies that have received less than $7.5 million in funding. Fellows will be notified upon acceptance and will immediately gain access to the full array of NewYorkBIO member benefits and programs. Upon acceptance, Fellows will receive one year of free membership with greatly reduced dues for the second and third years ($350 and $650 respectively). After three years have lapsed, Fellows may apply for regular NewYorkBIO membership.
Non-profit institutions including colleges and universities; research laboratories; academic medical centers; or government agencies with an interest or involvement in biotechnology.
Patient advocacy organizations are encouraged to join NewYorkBIO as an important partner in the life science ecosystem.
Members at this level also get the discounts of our savings program, and extend those benefits to grantees.
Organizations that choose to become Premier Members of NewYorkBIO help to foster the growth of biotechnology in New York along the entire spectrum of activities supported by the Association.
Organizations that choose to become Sustaining Members demonstrate their clear commitment to and investment in the growth of the biotechnology industry in New York by supporting legislative and regulatory efforts, life science business activities, business networking, and education. These organizations get a seat on the NewYorkBIO Board of Directors and have a portion of their dues allocated to event sponsorship.
